4. User Content and Photo Uploads (Morfio)

By uploading photos to Morfio, you:

• Represent that you have the right to upload such photos and that they do not violate any third-party rights

• Grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store temporarily, and use the photos solely to provide the AI generation service

• Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you upload

• Agree not to upload photos containing nudity, explicit content, images of minors without parental consent, or content that violates applicable laws

• Understand that original uploaded photos are automatically deleted after processing (approximately 20 hours)

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Morfio uses artificial intelligence to generate hairstyle transformations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated results are provided "AS IS" without any warranties of accuracy, quality, or fitness for any purpose

• Results may vary significantly and we do not guarantee satisfaction with generated images

• AI generation may occasionally fail, produce unexpected results, or generate content that does not meet your expectations

• Generated images may contain artifacts, distortions, or unrealistic elements

• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated previews

• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as an accurate representation of how a hairstyle will look in real life

• We reserve the right to refuse processing any image at our sole discretion

6. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Our Services may include virtual currency ("Coins" or "Gold Coins") used to access features. By purchasing or earning virtual currency, you agree that:

• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment

• All purchases of virtual currency are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, except as required by applicable law or app store policies

• Virtual currency may be lost, expire, or become unavailable due to technical issues, service interruptions, account termination, or other circumstances beyond our control

• We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency for any reason, including but not limited to: failed transactions, service outages, bugs, server errors, account issues, or discontinuation of features

• Virtual currency balances may be adjusted or reset to correct errors or fraudulent activity

• Upon termination of your account or the Service, all virtual currency will be forfeited

• Unused coins are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is less.
